How It Works

From empty community to fully populated

Populate a new HOA community's resident list in minutes, not hours.

1

Stand in the Community

Open HOABoard and navigate to the Residents tab. Your GPS location is already active.

2

Tap "Discover Nearby"

The app scans 8 directional points around your location out to your configured radius using Apple Maps geocoding.

3

Review & Confirm

A list of discovered addresses appears. Any already in your community are skipped. Tap to confirm the import.

4

Residents Added

Placeholder resident records are created for each address. Fill in homeowner details over time — or use Property Owner Lookup to auto-fill names.

Stop entering addresses by hand.

Download HOABoard and populate your community's resident list in one tap.
