Paid plans are billed monthly. Professional plans also support invoiced billing for property management companies that need to pay by purchase order or corporate invoice. Contact us to set that up.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle. Your data is never deleted when changing plans.
The app will prompt you to upgrade before allowing you to add residents beyond your plan's limit. Existing data is never affected — you just can't add new records until you upgrade or remove old ones.
Annual billing with a 20% discount is coming soon. Contact us if you'd like to lock in annual pricing early — we'll honor it once it's available.
