Veridion SSH Terminal is an SSH client and SFTP file-transfer app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, published by Veridion Technology LLC ("Veridion", "we", "us"). This policy explains exactly what the app does and does not do with your information. The short version: the app collects nothing and sends nothing to us. Everything it stores stays on your device.
The app has no accounts, no sign-up, and no servers operated by Veridion. We do not collect, receive, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. There is no analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting, no advertising, and no third-party tracking in the app.
To do its job, the app saves the following locally on your device only:
You can remove any of this at any time by deleting the relevant host, forgetting a pinned key, or deleting the app, which removes its local data and Keychain items.
The app connects directly from your device to the SSH/SFTP servers you configure. Any commands you run and files you transfer travel between your device and those servers over an encrypted SSH connection. Veridion is never in that path and has no access to that traffic. The servers you connect to are operated by you or by third parties and are governed by their own policies, not this one.
Credentials are protected by the operating-system Keychain with biometric/passcode gating. Connections use standard SSH encryption, and the app verifies each server's host-key identity on first contact and on every reconnect. You can review and remove pinned servers at any time from the app's About screen.
The app is a developer utility and is not directed at children. Because it collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children.
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
